Elm Street Plaza does not have a dog park, but we do have a dog spa onsite, and a lovely park 0.4 miles away.Dogs and cats are welcome. Max of 2 pets per apartment.
One-time nonrefundable fee of $350 per dog or cat. $25 per pet monthly pet rent. We do not allow other types of pets. Fees do not apply to service or emotional support animals. Pet Screening profiles are required for every pet.
Breed restrictions apply - The following dog breeds are not permitted in the building: German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Cane Corsos, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Doberman Pinschers, and Wolf Hybrids.
